FREE SHIPPING ADVISORY:
We offer free shipping for most of our smaller products/catalogs, our free shipping is sent by regular mail oversized letter (Snail mail) this shipping does not have tracking or delivery guarantees. Normally shipping will take under 14 days under this method, however, we have seen deliveries as late as 1 1/2 months, this is out of our control, and unfortunately cannot assist with this method. Please ensure that you are not on a strict timeline if selecting this shipping method. If you would like your package in a prescribed timeline after production, please select a tracked method offered at checkout.

We know shipping is the biggest headache of online purchases, that's why we have made it very easy with no surprises, and always for the lowest cost available.
We currently use a live shipping calculator with CanadaPost, UPS, Purolator, Fedex, USPS. This will calculate shipping options from here to you, with the exact weight and dimensions. This ensures you know exactly how much it costs upfront. 911 Duty Gear does NOT charge extra packaging or handling fees.

What carrier do you use to ship?
A: We use CanadaPost, UPS, Purolator, Fedex, and USPS
What is the average cost of shipping?
A: Although every order is different, and rates change by location. Most orders of smaller items (Notebook covers, Wallets, or Mic Holders) of quantities between 1 to 8 are usually near 16 dollars. This includes Tracking and package insurance.
Where do I find my tracking number?
You will be notified by email when your package has been shipped. When viewing your email select the "View Order" button.
After that, you can click directly on your tracking number!
*If you chose a free shipping option there may not be tracking, but will list the method at which it was shipped. ie. Overweight Letter (No Tracking).
The shipping seems higher then it should be, what should I do?
Although usually very accurate, at times, the live shipping calculator can have errors. We don't mind verifying the shipping, just let us know by contacting us!
Are there extra fees added to my package?
No. 911 Duty Gear does not add any handling fees to your shipping. However, depending on jurisdiction or country, you may be responsible for duty or GST (If out of the country). Most of our products are manufactured in North America and meet NAFTA criteria and in which case will not cost Duty fees. Are there customs fees?
Possibly, some of our products are shipped from our USA Division. When crossing international borders we do not have control over customs regulations. Although most show up without any additional fees there is a possibility for duty charges.
