Step 1: 

Place your badge centred on a blank piece of paper.

Step 2:

Trace your badge with a pen, avoid moving the badge or making correction lines.

Step 3: 

After completing the tracing, measure the lowest and highest points to get the total Height. Then measure the widest points of the badge to get overall Width.

Tip: You can measure the badge itself or measure the outlines on the paper.

 

Step 4:

Once complete, scan the finished tracing either using a scanner, or scanner app on your phone.

Step 5: 

Upload to your order via the Custom Product page.

A: There are two methods you can use to digitize the tracing. The first method is to scan the tracing using a scanner. Place the tracing on the scanner bed and follow the scanner's instructions to create a digital image of the tracing.

The second method is to use a smartphone scanning app. Install a scanning app on your smartphone and follow the app's instructions to capture a clear image of the tracing.

A: Yes, in some cases, badges are to large to cut into our wallet styles. This is very rare and we do have oversize wallet alternatives if required. We will let you know if this is an issue with your badge. Our most common issue is a low resolution or blurry scan, missing measurements, or the tracing has errors present from the pen veering off the tracing. To avoid these please ensure you take your time to produce an accurate tracing, accurate measurements, and scan with high resolution to our team.
